Mainly cooked and enjoyed by the ISOKOS and URHOIBOS.
Put water in pot on fire. Add red palm oil. Add potash( EKE) and leave to done, add your fish, meat, cray fish, snails, water soaked garri or starsh properly mixed and diluted in pot of soup initially, pepper, onions, etaiko, thyme, may add some vegetables, and seasonings.
Eat it with semovita, eba, fufu, pounded yam or plantain or cocoyam or cooked cassava or potatoes, tuwo, and pounded beans.
It tastes great if prepared well. Freshens the muscles.
