BANGA SOUP is now majorly eaten in different parts of the world. It originated from the Niger Delta. Till date it's still one of the most preferred soup in the region by almost all families.
Banger soup is prepared as follows:  or collect oil palm ripe fruits, cook very well, pound or squeeze them, pour in water and wash on filter into cooking pot. Put it on fire. Add your meat, fish, snails, vegetables, cray fish, chicken, pepper, onions, salt, tomatoes, and other seasonings. it's very edible. Enjoy.
