Do we need all of these in Nigeria? What for? Would all of these solve our National and International Economic problems? Would they pay our national and international rising debts? Would these solve corruption in Nigeria? Some times I think we compound our rising economic problems by the kinds of decisions and policies we enact or make.
While Nigeria is still struggling with poverty at the expence of bigger emoluments for our executive, judicial and legislative officers, we still creat funds for robbers.

Because 99% of all these funds or purses are still managed by those in government, ministries, parastatals and other associations. Only 1% is left for the ordinary Nigerian who will still has to  forms and do all settlements and run around before, if they are only lucky, to get any help or favor from the powers, commissions and agents of the government unless at times if persons concerned ' belong'. With this attitude in practice secretly no humble Nigerian can attain any height than struggling to live.
