YOU CAN EAT IT WITH YAM,PLANTAIN, EBA, OR JUST DRINK IT. IT TAKES LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES TO PREPARE. IT IS VERY ECONOMICAL FOR ALL PEOPLE.
