How can we make the Niger-Delta forum better?

Pls suggest how we can make this forum better.
Are there things you see elsewhere you would like to be featured here; are there issues you'd want addressed? feel free to post such here.

I think we need real and regular participant for this forum. I thinks gifts or rewards for regular member would be a good idea to encourage the members of the forum.
