What criteria? What standards? What risks? What changes? What development? What principles? Who/what are involved? How best? How trustworthy? What/how has residents and investors contributed? Are we secured? Are we safe?
The leadership of Nigeria has tried but their trying is not making any appreciable progress or positive impacts in the lives of Nigerians and residents, which I see as too risky for our future.
If Nigeria must win the war against terror, then we must feature INTELLIGENCE and work pari parsu with all good INTELLIGENCE REPORTS we receive on a daily basis as people in government. We must all rise up to the great occasion.
